People seem to have trouble with this one, but like any other body part, once you know where everything goes, it'll be easier for ya, and hopefully, this will set you on your way.

Just like in the hand page, you can think of the neck of having distinct muscle groups. In this case, those would be the trapezius muscles (transitions from shoulder to main neck), and the sternocleidomastiodeus muscles (the thick vein-like parts of the neck that really show off strength).
...and yes, I'm aware that on the page, I wrote it as "sterno-whatever"
I'm pretty sure not everybody wants to rewrite sternocleidomastiodeus over and over again, much less PRONOUNCE it!
